Nasdaq Weekly Review: AI Funding, Rates and Market Response

Professional English adaptation of a dated Spanish FUNESMA79 note.

The week combined central-bank expectations, energy prices and a sharp debate around the financing demands of artificial intelligence. The useful question was not whether a single headline was bullish or bearish, but how NQ absorbed information as expectations changed.

My review separates the event layer from the execution layer. Macro context can explain why volatility expands; it does not define an entry. Structure, liquidity and risk still decide whether a trade exists.

The post-week conclusion is procedural: compare the scenarios written before the week with what price actually accepted or rejected, then update the framework without rewriting the original thesis after the fact.
